Ingredients
1 cup organic unsalted, unsweetened crunchy peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar or sweetener of your choice.
To make this cookie low carb you can replace brown sugar with stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
1 flex egg- 1 tbsp. flaxseed powder + 3 tbsp. warm water
Directions
- tbsp flaxseed powder + 3tbsp warm water. Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, flaxseed powder mixture and vanilla extract to form into cookie dough.
- If you prefer you can rest the dough for 30 minutes and then form into small bowl. I directly form into cookie dough without resting the dough. Form small ball and press it down to flatten it. Use fork to give a cookie shape.
- Air fryer them at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Oven Bake them for 350 F for 8 minutes.
